ICK Quran School

It was narrated by Anas Ibn Malek (RAA) that the Prophet SAWS said: ‘Allah has His own people among mankind.’ They said: ‘O Messenger of Allah, who are they?’ He said: ‘The people of (Those who memorize) the Qur’an, they are the people of Allah and His chosen ones.'”

Vision

ICK Quran School strives in becoming a distinctive learning center for Quran memorization by using effective teaching strategies. It will focus primarily on the Quality, and Perfection of Quranic skills.

Mission

To work towards preparing the next generation of Quran Memorizing individuals by applying the rules necessary for Quranic recitation and precision, and to satisfy the needs of the Muslim community in America.

Goals

To inspire individual learners to read, memorize, and understand the Quran while equipping them with the tools to become today’s and tomorrow’s leaders.

Learning to Read Arabic & Memorization

• Learning how to read Arabic correctly with correct pronunciations
• Memorizing portions of the Quran
• Ramadan will have a different schedule based on the time of year and discussed in advance
• Level’s placement – every newly enrolled student will be required to take a short placement test to determine their Arabic reading and writing abilities
• Level’s Advancement – Students should only be able to advance to the next level if he or she passes current level goals and objectives
• Each class Level will meet two days a week, for one hour each day

Memorizing the complete Quran

• Passing the evaluation test
• 4 hours weekly
• Existing students will be evaluated after Parent’s request

Registration & Enrollment Process

• Registration form needs to be completed for each student
• Liability form needs to be completed for each student

Fees and Payments

• Fees:
  • $5 application fee
  • Reading Program: $75/month for one child, no family max – Auto payment required
  • Memorization Program: $125/month for one child, no family max – Auto payment required
  • A nominal cost for books will be charged after successful enrollment
  • No prorating of payments. If a child attends 2 or more classes a month, the full fee will be charged
  • Cancellation or temporary suspension of payment (vacation, etc.) requires a written request to quranschool@ickansas.org
  • Financial Aid is available for those who qualify – please check with Management for further details

  • Dues will be withdrawn on the 10th of each month
